VERSUS REGISTRATION PROMOTION RULES

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Registration Promotion Rules (“Rules”), in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Game Rules. Promotion(s) void where prohibited by applicable law.

  1. Eligibility: The Versus “Registration Promotion” is made available on a one-time basis to all eligible users upon registering an account on the Versus Game platform. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you (“inviter”) must: (i) register an account with the Versus Game platform, (ii) invite a friend (“invitee”) who must also sign up for a new Versus account, and (iii) correctly answer one (1) “invitation question” Game provided by Versus following completion of registration (collectively, the “Eligibility Requirements”). Only the inviter is eligible to participate in the Promotion. Duplicate accounts or self-invites are not permitted. In the event Versus discovers that any inviter is and/or has participated in the Promotion by way of registering multiple accounts and/or self-invite(s),  Versus reserves the right to remove such user(s) from our platform without notice or notification and/or demand that any prizes paid be immediately returned.
  1. Promotion Prize Drawing and Allocation: Upon your satisfaction of the Eligibility Requirements and Versus’ verification of your eligibility to participate in the Promotion, you will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win one (1) of three (3) prizes made available per Promotion period (the length thereof to be determined in Versus’ sole discretion). Versus will randomly assign a potential prize to the winner(s) and once all prizes have been assigned, the Promotion period will be concluded and a new Promotion period will begin; provided, Versus reserves the right to discontinue future Promotion(s) as determined in Versus’ sole discretion. Winners will be contacted within 30 days following the conclusion of the Promotion period. 
  1. Prize Details: Promotion prizes may include but are not limited to: (i) a merchandise gift card with a retail value worth $20, (ii) pizza gift card with a retail value worth $20, and/or (iii) a mystery prize gift card with a retail value worth of $20. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. Versus reserves the right to substitute the listed prize with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason owing to circumstances beyond Versus’ reasonable control.
  1. Prize Redemption: Versus is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Any and all taxes on a prize, and/or any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient. Any costs associated with prize redemption beyond the stated value of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
  1. General Conditions: Versus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Versus, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
  1. Release: By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Versus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

To the extent any provision regarding your participation in the Promotion is not contained herein, please review our Terms and Conditions and/or Game Rules for more information; provided, in the event of any conflict between the terms contained herein and our Terms and Conditions and/or Game Rules, these Rules shall apply. All capitalized terms undefined herein shall have the definition ascribed to it in our Terms and Conditions and/or Game Rules.
